Our Membership
A statewide, full-service membership organization serving all types of owners and managers in the residential rental industry.
The Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon is dedicated
to serving the rental housing industry through active legislative involvement,
educational programs and conferences, publications and training materials,
applicant screening services, rental property management forms and the
advice Hotline.
The Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon is a statewide membership
organization of individuals who own or manage rental units and facility
spaces from the individual with one single unit to those who own or
manage over 1,000 units or spaces…those located in the larger cities
as well as small counties. This includes over 400 mobile and floating
home parks in the state.
Many members have stated that their knowledge and profitability have
dramatically improved once they became a member and used the services
of the Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon.

Connections - while the services of Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon are primarily directed to rental property owners and managers, the membership utilizes a multitude of services and products. We welcome associate members to the organization. Our goal is to match the needs of the members with the providers of services to the industry. We encourage associate members to attend monthly meetings and communicate their services through the Multifamily Hot News publication. You do it, have it, make it, provide it ---they need it - we'll match you up.
