THE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING COUNCIL OF OREGON AND RENTAL HOUSING OWNERS
AND MANAGERS - SINGLE FAMILY, MULTIFAMILY, RV PARKS, MOBILE/MANUFACTURED
PARKS
The Multifamily Housing Council of Oregon was founded in 1980. The mission
at that time and still today is to provide services to all segments of
the rental housing - those that own or manage single family homes, multifamily
units, facilities - mobile or manufactured parks and parks which contain
recreational vehicles that stay more than 45 days - properties which are
covered by the Oregon Landlord Tenant law.
As the economy changes and tenants become more knowledge, it is imperative
that landlords know the details - the explicate things that ensure the
protections of your rights as a landlord.
With over 30 years experience, Executive Director Emily Cedarleaf has
been a part of the legislative process and knows the in's and out's of
rental property operation. As well as a widely-known speaker, Ms. Cedarleaf
has also been the author of many manuals on which those in the industry
have learned to rely.
As a landlord, we invite you to review the various educational opportunities
and spend the time to learn how to improve your knowledge base and skills.
If you have access to the internet, MFHCO has an interactive website accessible
at www.mfhco.com. Under the "newsletter" section, enter your
email address and you will be notified of additional seminars and training
programs as they are scheduled. If you have questions, the "landlord"
